One call. One team. OnePlace.

What does “full service agency" really mean?

We're glad you asked. It means that we can help you reach your potential customer and/or target audience through (almost*) every means available. Of course, with so many possible communication channels out there, it can be difficult to select the best and most cost-effective mediums. Luckily, our strategy experts have years of experience designing top-notch communication/marketing programs, and they’ll build the best one for you, too—one that will yield RESULTS..

*By ‘almost’, we mean that we don’t do public relations. However we know some great people who do.

My product is not local to your agency. I need someone who can make me visible in many markets. Do you do that?

In the past few years alone, we have placed media in America’s top 150 markets, along with Mexico AND Western Europe. And unlike some agencies that pay top dollar through national firms, OnePlace strategists have forged solid relationships with many of the media outlets in each of those markets. That means we negotiate to get the most for every dollar our clients spend.

How can I have a marketing agency that’s not in the same city as my company?

That’s simple…technology! With services like Skype and GoToMeeting, geography has become irrelevant. For major projects, our team can utilize the technology of air travel for a face-to-face meeting. In most cases, cloud based technology allows us to fully service our clients’ needs and offer personalized attention at a lower cost.

Ad agencies charge a fortune for everything. Is it really worth it?

Yes and no.  Most agencies that can provide the quality, professional services you need ARE super expensive because everything they offer is under one roof.  The OnePlaceMedia model is different. Our core group of branding experts, media buyers, artists, and producers are based in markets all around America, and while part of the OPM network, they also operate independently.  This structure enables us to keep our overhead low which, in turn, allows us to offer every client the highest quality experience without exorbitant fees. It’s the classic example of a win-win.

How much do I need to spend?

How much to allocate to your ad budget is usually one of the first questions asked and one of the toughest to answer. Some companies carve out a pre-determined percent of their operating expenses that are dedicated to marketing year after year, while others operate on a project-by-project basis.

At OnePlace, we don’t think marketing is a one-size-fits-all equation. We have worked with companies with niche products and services requiring pinpointed (and therefore smaller) ad budgets.

Conversely, if your product or service is something that appeals to the masses, you may have to cast a much larger net. We can work with you to determine the best equation, always with a completely honest and straightforward approach that establishes your goals as our number one priority.

How can I create an affordable message?

First, you should start by creating the RIGHT message. We’ve all seen great products that were under served by a poorly produced message. Then again, we’ve all marveled at amazing creativity, only to forget the product being advertised thirty seconds later.

Our account and creative teams learn everything they need to develop a message that resonates with your target audience. Then we work around your budget to implement that message in the most cost-effective way possible.

Whether it’s an internet banner ad or a five minute video, we’ll suggest options based on the circumstances at hand, adjusting as needed without compromising the core message.

My brand is really important. What kind of relationship would we have with the OnePlace team?

We’re all about getting to know who you are as a company. What are your goals? What have you done in the past? Who do we want to reach? What do we want to say? So... while our media experts are hard at work formulating a plan, our creative team will work directly with you, offering fresh ideas and making sure that the message we eventually land on is penetrating and effective.

How do you know which medium is best to relate my message?

Research. Lots and lots of research. OnePlace has invested heavily in the most technologically advanced and up-to-date research tools available. We are able to determine exactly who your target audience is, what they watch, where they go on the Internet, what they listen to and pretty much every other media consumption habit they may have. Then, we utilize our vast array of tools to reach them with an effective message.  From the tried-and-true methods of print, direct mail, radio and TV to all things Internet-related, like email marketing and digital video through streaming apps, if they’re out there, we’ll reach them.

How do I track my results?

So, you’ve invested in a marketing campaign and now it’s time to track the results. But how? That honestly depends on the medium.  With a digital campaign, there are concrete ways to view impressions, click-thru rates, and transactions, often in real time.  TV and radio often utilize phone numbers that elicit instant results, while image building campaigns take longer to track with results that are sometimes less tangible.

Of course, the best way to track results is at the door, at the cash register and at your bottom line.

At OnePlace, we watch your results as closely as you do (probably a bit more), monitoring your campaign on a regular basis.  When tweaking is needed, we know it, and we’re on it right away.

How do we get started?

Simple. Give us a call or shoot us an email. Let us know a little about you and what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll set up a discovery meeting and get to work on putting a successful plan together.
